1. What are the requirements for flow rate and straight pipe section for sewage flow meters?
2. What are the commonly used flow meters for sewage flow monitoring?
The commonly used flow meters for sewage flow monitoring mainly include the following types
1. Electromagnetic flow meters are widely used: widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food, as well as municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields for flow measurement.
. Measurement characteristics: It can only measure conductive liquids, especially suitable for measuring slurries, pulp, slurry, wastewater, and chemical conductive liquids with suspended solids, solid particles, and fibers. Ultrasonic flowmeter technology is developing rapidly: With the advancement of electronic technology, ultrasonic flowmeters are developing rapidly and becoming increasingly perfect, demonstrating their superiority. Application scenarios: It has been widely used in industrial production, commercial metrology, and water conservancy testing. In the measurement of raw water, tap water, reclaimed water, and sewage in the municipal industry, ultrasonic flow meters have the characteristics of large range ratio and no pressure loss, which improves the measurement accuracy and the water delivery efficiency of the official website. In the measurement of industrial cooling circulating water, ultrasonic flow meters have achieved online pressurized installation and online calibration. In summary, electromagnetic flowmeter and ultrasonic flowmeter are two commonly used flow meters in sewage flow monitoring, each with unique advantages and applicable scenarios.
